104 and then storm of the decade (we hope)

We got up to 104 and then a thunderstorm rolled in and sat on us. Hit three houses in our section of town. Filled up streets and underpasses with water. Knocked down trees and branches. Flooded businesses. Two seemed to hit really close to us. One sent Abby looking for The Engineer. Storms all the way from NE Oregon, up thru WA and into Northern Idaho. 30 to 50 mph winds. Other places got 70 mph.
Are we having fun yet? :-)

Oh My! I hope you get some relief from the heat. And the wind. And the lightning. Just a nice gentle cooling rain.

The heat is bad enough but the thunderstorms sparked up are even worse.
Stay safe!

OMB! hope all at your house are OK.
it has not gotten that hot here yet; sometimes july and august can get that steamy.
BTW, how is your shoulder doing (it was your shoulder, right?)?
