This year irrigation water is going to be scarce-ish for residential use. Agriculture
comes first. So all cities are saying you can not hook up to city water if your
irrigation water runs dry.
The cities say they 'lack the capacity to provide water to irrigate lawns on top of providing drinking water and water for firefighting.'
I have been in two big fires in my life. We have a big brushy area that bisects our small subdivision with a creek. I've wondered for 25 years if this will be the year it burns out. Thankfully our neighbor is a fireman.
As bad as we have it - poor California.
