Why threesomes don't work and Emergency Chocolate

We are trying to coordinate after surgery medical care for Youngest between Portland (where surgery happened), Seattle (where he is working as an intern) and SE WA where we, the insurance holders, live.
You can't believe how complicated it is. They, the doctor's office, the insurance people and the pharmacy, all blame each other. And NINE days later we still don't have the medication. We would pay cash for it, just to get it ($295) but it has to have some kind of official holy water sprinkled on it.

I could go on and on and on but I think I'll just have some chocolate.

That's just nuts! And while the bureaucrats fight over who is at fault, the innocent suffer. {{shakes head}}

You might find talking to the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner worth your time: 800-562-6900 M-F 8-5. Website: www.insurance.wa.gov
