It took 48 hours

and calling five different numbers multiple times, all over the world, to talk to the repairman that was here on Tuesday when the fridge stopped its temporary fix.

He to treat it like a computer and unplug it and plug it back in every time it stops working. So far, so good.

I finally reached the local store by looking up the company that owns our mall. It had the actual store's number. The store called the district manager and the repairman call me this morning.
