I've heard of Traci Des Jardins, Mary Sue Milliken, and of course, Celina Tio who has a restuarant not far from my house. She was almost a finalist for Next Iron Chef. I guess career success now depends on being on and attempting to win one of these shows.

I think I'll pass on the blogging of this.

I've never heard of any of them. But, then again, I don't pay much attention when it comes to chefs.
