So I went exploring

to find a conservative website to see what they were saying about Sarah Palin. Some comments were disappointed, some were confused but most were squarely in her corner - whatever corner that is, since it seems pretty fuzzy to me right now. But they were with her, no matter what, they are true believers.
I know there is a book titled True Believer so off I went again, found the author, read some of his quotes and I think I found Sarah Palin's supporters.

>Passionate hatred can give meaning and purpose to an empty life. Thus people haunted by the purposelessness of their lives try to find a new content not only by dedicating themselves to a holy cause but also by nursing a fanatical grievance. A mass movement offers them unlimited opportunities for both.<

What a descriptive quote! I did what you did but watched FOX "News" as long as I could stand it but did get to see her speech. She really did ramble, repeat phrases, and seemed nervous or emotional (couldn't quite tell which - maybe both). She was more emphatic than usual like she was trying to control her emotions.

I do wonder what's going on here. They criticized the treatment of her children on FOX and said it was different from how other candidate's children were treated. (short memory about what some of them said about Chelsea Clinton and Amy Carter and distorted report on this anyway)

I couldn't take any more and went back to HGTV, so I can look in people's houses some more and watch others house hunt.
